![]() (Don't copy these as they are just examples.) Ex: /bin/snes9x2010 or /bin/snes9x or /bin/snes9x10 at the very beginning. (After you chose the core it should auto input fix the command line for you.)Īlso Read the description of the core you have as it will tell you which command line it uses. Make sure you choose the correct core per game you have as you will get a list to choose from, each one uses a different command and choosing the wrong one will result in what you basically got. I'm not near my PC to check but im pretty sure if you right click A/The game in Hackchi CE there's an option to choose what core to use for each game. Make sure you install retroarch and the core in the first place. To put it simple, if the game kick you out like that, it means the command line is incorrect.Īlso if your using CE I recommend you use CE guides not non CE guides like the second one which has nothing to do with CE which is why the -retroarch command didn't work. I feel like the tutorial I used is wrong or outdated or there is something really simple I am missing. I don't know what I'm looking for or doing wrong and am a complete noob who is worried about messing up the system to the point I don't know how to fix it. When I try to play the selected problem games, a different loading screen comes up, then it goes black and returns to the menu. Then I put " -retroarch" at the end of the command line for the games I wanted to run it. I installed "RetroArch Neo 1.7.3a" from the "Retroarch" tab and "SNES9x2010" from the "Retroarch Cores" tab. The latter tells you to "Make sure you have installed the "retroarch" and "snes9x2010" modules." But the section which is highlighted in step 7 in the first tutorial, does not contain something simply named "retroarch". As expected, some games will not run with the default emulator, so I tried installing Retroarch. I used a snesclassicmods tutorial and got started, with hakchi2 CE v1.2.5. Hi, I'm posting here even though I never use reddit because this forum is a good resource with SNES Classic.
